Client charged with Spousal Battery Resulting in a Traumatic Condition. Alleged victim suffered serious swelling and bruising to the face, and testified at trial that Client became angry over her emails with an ex, and subsequently punched her in the face.
Result: Not Guilty on all charges
People v. P.D.
Client charged with a DUI along with an additional enhancement for having a Blood Alcohol Level above a .15 Client was spotted parked on the side of the freeway, failed his field sobriety tests, blew a .17 on the PAS machine, and admitted on the stand to having drank before he drove his vehicle.
Result: Not Guilty on all charges

Client charged with DUI. Client was contacted by officers when leaving his truck and walking into a liquor store. He failed his field sobriety tests, blew a .14 on the PAS machine, and admitted to being intoxicated.

Client charged with Spousal Battery Resulting in a Traumatic Condition, Resisting Arrest, and Child Endangerment. Alleged victim suffered a bloody nose and claimed that Client had punched her in the face. Officers at trial also claimed Client fought with them with his daughter present at the scene.

Client charged with Reckless Driving. Client was alleged to have initiated a road rage incident with an off duty police officer.

People v. C.H.
Client was charged with DUI along with an additional enhancement for having a Blood Alcohol Level above a .15% Client was pulled over after being spotted weaving in and out of traffic. Client admitted to being intoxicated, failed all field sobriety tests, and BAC results came in at .17%.
Result: Hung Jury on all charges – No Conviction
People v. J.B.
Client was charged with being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Client was contacted outside his house by officers who noted his erratic behavior. Subsequent tests determined that Client was under the influence of a controlled substance.
Result: Case Dismissed – Illegal Search and Seizure
People v. M.E.
Client was charged with possession of Methamphetamine. During execution of a search warrant on an alleged drug house, two separate officers claimed to have seen Client throw a white baggie over his shoulder which contained Methamphetamine. Client was the only individual at the house at the time.
Result: Hung Jury on all charges – No Conviction
People v. D.B.
Client was charged with a DUI, along with additional enhancements for having a Blood Alcohol Level above a .15, and two counts of Child Endangerment. Client was found at 11:30PM on the side of a rural road passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle. The vehicle engine was still warm, her keys in ignition and the radio was playing. In the front passenger seat next to Client was a half empty bottle of vodka, and her 1 and 3 year old children were in their car seats in the back seat.
Result: Not Guilty on all charges
People v. A.D.
Client was charged with Vehicular Manslaughter after being involved in a head on collision with another driver. Witnesses testified that Client was driving over 20mph over the speed limit, was swerving out of control, lost control of her vehicle, and crossed over into oncoming traffic, striking another vehicle head-on. Client also had a controlled substance in her system, and admitted to being on her cell phone just prior to the accident.
Result: Hung Jury on all charges – No Conviction

Client was charged with Terrorist Threats and Harassing Phone Calls after allegedly threatening to kill his ex-wife’s new boyfriend.
Result: Case Dismissed – Violation of Speedy Trial Rights
